These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dnyansetu (ज्ञानसेतु), available at https://dnyansetu.app (the "Service"), operated by Varsha Jagadale ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using the Service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service provides online practice quizzes, current-affairs analysis, mock tests and progress tracking for Maharashtra and other Indian government competitive exams, in Marathi and English.

Independent platform: Dnyansetu is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any other government body.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure.
• Provide accurate information and use only one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service, but any payment must be made with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, prices and payment

A free plan is available. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the Pricing page. Current prices:

• Prepaid, not auto-renewing. Each paid plan is a one-time payment for 1 month or 1 year of access. We do not set up recurring mandates or auto-debit. When the period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to buy again.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other supported methods). We never see or store your card details.
• Access is activated online immediately after a successful payment. Nothing is physically shipped.
• We may change prices or plan features in future. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, or resell, redistribute or publicly post our questions, explanations, tests or PDFs;
• Scrape, copy or download content using bots or automated tools;
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. Paid fees are not refundable in such cases.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — questions, explanations, analysis, mock tests, design and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial study only. Official documents and sources we refer to remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Content accuracy disclaimer

Our material is for practice. It is prepared from official sources such as PIB, Maharashtra DGIPR, RBI and PRS, and every article and question is checked by our team before it is published. Errors can still occur. Official notifications, syllabi and answer keys always prevail. We do not guarantee any exam result, selection or rank. 7. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
