The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the conduct of a Variable Rate Repo (VRR) auction of ₹50,000 crore. This 1-day (Overnight) auction will be held on October 21, 2026. This decision has been taken to manage liquidity in the banking system.भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (RBI) ५०,००० कोटी रुपयांच्या व्हेरियबल रेट रेपो (VRR) लिलावाचे आयोजन करण्याची घोषणा केली आहे. हा १ दिवसाचा (Overnight) लिलाव २१ ऑक्टोबर २०२६ रोजी आयोजित केला जाईल. बँकिंग व्यवस्थेतील तरलता (Liquidity) नियंत्रित ठेवण्यासाठी हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.
